Shipping Policy

Fine Arts Agent is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Shipping charges and customs / duties fees are excluded from the sale price and are calculated separately for every artwork unless otherwise specified. For multiple work of art ordered the program adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three works of art is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each work of art.

For International shipping order please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.

Artworks will be checked for any damage before departure and upon arrival by the artist and the Fine Arts Agent curator team, the artworks are also screened and captured by our propitiatory authentication software that is also able to detect any modification or damage.

When you receive your artwork please inspect it carefully in the presence of the shipping carrier, and take several high definition images with the shipping staff present and standing next to the artwork for the image for both arrival and return of the of artwork. This will help identify any damage made during the shipping and exclude the buyer from any shipping damage claim.

Any shipping issues or damage to the artwork during transportation must be immediately documented upon arrival and disclosed to the carrier. Please take images of any damaged areas and notify us via email adminfineartsbank.com immediately so that we can process the claim. 

Return & Refund Policy

Fine Arts Agent endeavors in complete costumer service and achieving satisfaction, transparency and flexibility for both clients and artists which is why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on any artwork purchases.

Upon receiving the artwork the buyer has thirty (30) days to decide if he/she wishes to keep the artwork or to return it if unsatisfied. To claim a refund the buyer will have to assume responsibly for the return shipping and customs duty fees. Upon the return of the artwork our team will verify with that there is no damage for a full refund. If the artwork has suffered any damage any restoration cost will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that we cannot, under any circumstances, offer any refunds or replacements for artwork that has been damaged beyond repair or lost in the client possession.

Fine Arts Agent recommends that any artworks purchased should be included in the household insurance policy from the day of arrival.
